The Graduate Affairs, in collaboration with the Division of Emergency Medicine,MDCU, successfully hosted the Non-Technical Skills Workshop 2025 for Residents at Ya Jai Na Songkla Hall, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University

This workshop aimed to equip new members with essential non-technical skills under the TeamSTEPPS framework to enhance emergency room efficiency, prioritize 3P safety and reduce medical errors. Additionally, the skills acquired are expected to contribute to an improved Return on Investment (ROI) in healthcare delivery.
