IELTS ≥ 5.0 or TOEFL-ITP ≥ 500 (valid within 2 years)
6. Research Proposal Concept (PDF, A4, max. 5 pages)
7. Two recommendation letters (issued after December 1, 2025)

Important Notes
- Applicants with a Master’s degree must submit both Bachelor’s and Master’s certificates and transcripts (in English or with official English translation).
- Chulalongkorn University accepts GPAs on a 4.00 scale only. If your institution uses a different scale, please convert it via your registrar or www.scholaro.com/gpa-calculator and submit the conversion report with your transcript.
- The research proposal must be written by the applicant. AI tools may be used for grammar correction only.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
