Qualifications :

-          Applicants must be faculty members within the Faculty of Medicine who serve as the primary thesis advisor and possess a well-defined research focus.

-          They should also have a faculty graduate student under their supervision, whose thesis proposal has received approval from the Faculty or equivalent.

Financial support :

For Doctoral degree: Scholarships of up to 500,000 Baht/project

For Master s degree: Scholarships of up to 300,000 Baht/project

Outputs:

The research work must have been published in an international academic journal indexed in the ISI or SCOPUS databases and ranked in quartiles according to the most recent edition of the Journal Citation Report-Clarivate Analytics (JCR) or Scimago Journal & Country (SJR) rankings. Specific conditions based on the allocated amount are as follows:

(a) Doctoral degree:

      1)   Journals ranked in Quartile 1 (Q1) are eligible for funding, with 85% or more of the maximum amount allocated, or funding not exceeding the requested support amount.

      2)   Journals ranked at least in Quartile 2 (Q2) are eligible for funding, with 70 percent or more of the maximum amount allocated, or funding not exceeding the requested support amount.

(b) Master s degree:

      1)   Journals ranked at least in Quartile 2 (Q2) are eligible for funding, with 70 percent or more of the maximum amount allocated, or funding not exceeding the requested support amount.
